Renting fee is including the service charge and sinking fund which is IDR 400,000 per month. Additional fee that you have to pay is for electricity, water, and parking (if you bring your own vehicle).
The renting period can be discussed. Term and condition also can be discussed if it is a burden for you to pay once for all.
The unit is modified. Usually this unit has two bedrooms. My unit only has one big bedroom, with a living room and a bathroom.
The unit is ready for you. You just need to pay and enjoy the apartment. No need to bring anything else other then your own belongings. It has:
– AC
– Water heater in the bathroom
– Kitchen and its equipment (no stove)
– Sofa, table, and TV in the living room
– Queen size bed, big wardrobe, and desk in the bedroom.
