Rules for rent: You’re free to smoke on the balcony, but not inside the Apartment. Don’t bring any illegal substances into Apartment. It is not allowed to rent the Apartment to a 3rd party or to engage in any illegal activity within the Apartment. Please treat my place with respect. The leasor will be liable for any damage / lost item(s) in the Apartment. The kitchen is for light cooking only and should be cleaned after use. Kindly switch off all lights, air-con and electrical appliances when they are not being used. Thank you for your cooperation.
